ABOUT

Within my artwork I want to generate a sense of warmth and happiness. I’ve found this fits perfectly with my love for all things yellow which has now become my signature colour. My most recent interest over the past year has been developing skills in illustration. I am largely influenced by people’s stories and have a soft spot for people and their passions. In everything I do collaboration is key. I want people to feel that there is a shared sense of ownership and that they are as vital as the next person within the project. Creating a safe space to explore our artistic identity together.

Services

As a community arts and wellbeing facilitator, I put an emphasis on forming connections/partnerships within projects. I want collaborators to feel that they are just as significant, no matter their background or level of expertise. It is about the process and relations made over the duration instead of a purely outcome-based attitude.

I have experience in primary, secondary and college phase education. Within these settings, I have worked with individuals who have additional needs, a disability or long-term illness. Within my practice I aim to enable people, putting them before a label or diagnosis to provide a safe space without judgement, with a focus on the benefits of creativity.

I offer sessions and collaborations within a communal context, if this is something you would be interested in, please get in touch here
